This cookie policy lists every cookie and similar technology used on digitalgemology.com, who sets it, what it does and how long it lasts. It supplements our Privacy Policy. The site is operated by Compliance Condo B.V., trading as Digital Gemology, Koningin Wilhelminaweg 219, 2802 HE Gouda, the Netherlands (KvK 95458859).
No analytics, no advertising, no tracking. Everything listed below is either necessary to run the site and take payment, or a preference you set yourself. That is why you see no cookie banner here: there is nothing to ask your permission for.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. We also use localStorage, a comparable browser technology that keeps a small piece of information on your device without sending it to a server. Both are covered by this policy, by the Dutch Telecommunications Act and by the GDPR.

When we open customer accounts for downloads and courses, a first-party session cookie will keep you signed in. It will be added to this table before it is used.
2.2 Analytics and marketing
None. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking on digitalgemology.com. If that ever changes, the new cookies will load only after you consent through a banner in which refusing is as easy as agreeing, and this policy will be updated before they do.
3. Our other sites
Brilliani Labs and our jewellery shop at brilliani.com have their own cookie arrangements, including consent-based analytics. Consent given there does not carry over to this site, and consent given here would not carry over there.
4. Managing cookies
- You can delete or block cookies and clear localStorage through your browser settings.
- Blocking the necessary cookies may stop checkout from working. Clearing
dg-themesimply returns the site to its default black theme.
5. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the site, our providers or the law change, and always before a new cookie is used. The version and date are stated at the top of the page.
