Short version: we are a registered Dutch private limited company, the files and courses we sell are licensed to you rather than sold outright, we take no cash payments in any amount, we do not sell or share your personal data, and we publish an address for every kind of complaint. The notices below give the detail behind each of those claims.

Raising something with us
Every notice names its own contact address, and all of them reach a person.
Dutch law applies to everything on this page. Consumers keep every right that Dutch and EU mandatory law gives them, including the right to bring a dispute before the court of their own place of residence. Consumers who would rather not go to court may seek free assistance from the European Consumer Centre in their country of residence via eccnet.eu. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued and is no longer available.
